Production on Guy Ritchie‘s Sherlock Holmes is underway in London, with Robert Downey Jr. on board as British detective Holmes and Jude Law as his confidante, Dr. Watson.

Thankfully, Ritchie has scrapped any notions of casting his wife in his movies as of late, thus allowing him to have somewhat of a professional comeback with high-profile directing gigs.

Besides, Madonna‘s off making bad movies of her own these days, and is leaving the acting to better-suited starlets.

But what’s Downey so giddy about here? Hopefully he’s not relapsing back into some of his more thrill-seeking ways of yore!
