Here's one vampire who might need to suck some extra blood today.

Twilight star Robert Pattinson was spotted in New York on Tuesday, blood running from his lips and ears.

What happened?!!?

Don't worry; luckily, Pattinson was merely filming a scene for his upcoming romance Remember Me.

Whew! For a second we thought his co-star Emilie De Ravin's estranged husband, Josh Janowicz, might have shown up on set and given RPattz a sound thrashing as revenge for making out with is wife.
