Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Take Some Time Off From Each Other

The New York Daily News reports that Twilight co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have requested that they be kept apart while promoting the Twilight sequel New Moon—because they don’t want to add fuel to the rumors that they are dating.
A source tells the paper,
“They’ve requested to do press separately for the movie. They really are good friends—and that’s all— but they want to avoid being seen together. Any time they’re photographed in the same place, the rumor mill just starts all over again, and that makes the paparazzi hound them even more. They requested to do things apart so the scrutiny around them will be a little less intense.”
While a rep for Stewart denies that any such request was made, R-Pattz and K-Stew have, in fact, had a considerable amount of distance between them while promoting the vampire flick, with Kristen hitting Brazil and Mexico with co-star Taylor Lautner and Pattinson jetting off to Japan. The two aren’t even scheduled to be in the same city again until they arrive in New York on November 18, for their Today show appearances.
What’s more, the source adds, the scrutiny surrounding their relationship makes it highly unlikely that Robsten will ever be a reality:
“Honestly, it makes it very hard for them to even be friends. Maybe there could have been something between them, but it seems like all of the pressure surrounding their relationship has really killed it.”
Not true. They are going to be in Europe together.

Untrue…remember when news outlets (even gossip and entertainment ones) did fact-checking? The three leads will be in Europe on a promotional tour and before that, they ALL tape Jimmy Kimmel tomorrow. I mean even a thirteen year old could have unearthed this.

Whatever they are, it has to be insane to be them. I really can’t imagine how painful it is to be so hounded all the time. They strike me as so close it is almost like brother and sister or BFF’s. They need to be left alone.

They are running out of time for promotion of New Moon, the reason why they are dispersing all over the continent including the rest of the vampires and werewolves in USA to different venues but the three of them including the film director will be touring few principal cities in Europe before the pemiere in LA. They have some taping for tv appearances separately though but they are together in the studio the time of the taping.

This says it all. Thank you, whoever said that. Personally though, I never thought they were dating at all because even though they seem alike, I really don’t think they are very like-minded. And as for the future, well, I think it would take a VERY strong, intense attraction and connection to each other to make them think it’s worth it to go public. And I just don’t see that.
Better luck in the next life – you people who desperately want to see them together! In the meantime stop being whiney and annoying and insisting that they are, or even that they aren’t. Lay off the tabs, buy tic tacs instead while you’re waiting in the grocery line ;)

He thought he cared for at one time. He told Ryan Seacrest he could fall for her-said she was his celebrity crush. They fell for their characters not each other. He is way to conservative for her–she is way to intimidating and harsh not to mention crude for him. She could have had him, he saw the real her last summer. They have spent more time together than most couples. They grew to care for one another. She knew he was sweet and kind and the rough tough Valley girl is in love with him. He just likes her. He has said all along that they are just friends. Rob admitted on movies. ie with Paul Byrne that he was a practicing Catholic and celibate last year before he was famous. Cheers to Rob for having morals and principles in a sexed up twisted world.
The media will tear him down now that it has come out that he believes in Christian traditional beliefs. Rob is dazzling in real life inside and out. His faith, family and friends have helped him handle the sudden fame.
Taylor Lautner is a moral guy too. Why would he be dating Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez if he wanted to just get sex. They are both Christian and moral girls. It’s time for our society to go more old-fashioned again. Maybe that is why Twilight has been unusually successful….Morals and decency make society nicer and safer.

If Robert is wanting a separation from Kis because of the rape remark then he’d better back things up a litlle and look a few of his stupid remarks. “I had a head full of nits”, ” I’am allergic to vaginias” among a few. And the truth of the matter is Kris wasn’t very far from the truth. What is rape? An invasion of your personal being – Taking something that you are not willing to give. – stripping you of your personal diginity – intimidating you – and so on and so on. What have the paps been doing to Kris? Exactly those things and more. I know she is a star and her having pictures taken is to be expected but when she in in her own space like a balcony of her hotel room or in the back yard shareing some personal time with friends then LEAVE HER ALONE!
