Robert Pattinson: Not Particularly Romantic
Sorry to burst any bubbles, female Robert Pattinson fans, but according to the man himself, he’s not given to making big romantic gestures.
People magazine reports that R-Pattz revealed his anti-romance tendencies during the New Moon press conference in Beverly Hills on Friday, admitting,
“I can’t think of a single romantic thing that I’ve ever done…I would never serenade someone to be romantic—you have to have so much balls to do that. I put a flower in someone’s locker when I was 15 years old, this girl called Maria. She thought that it was someone else and the other guy claimed it as well, which is great.”
Wow; wonder how Maria’s feeling about that these days.

well…Rob is Rob…i will always love him, no matter what he says about not being that perfect guy…he doesn’t need to be Romantic 4 me…he’s already perfect… +_+

Yeah, I’d definitely take Kristen’s word over Rob’s self-assessment. He is too humble to admit to something like this.

personally i don’t think it’s romantic for a guy to serenade me. jesus i’d be sooo embarassed!! i hate valentine’s day as well with teddy bears and chocolate and all that stuff. what’s actually romantic are those little things that he doesn’t even know he’s doing like small favours, or getting the yoghurt you like from the store without being asked…that kind of thing. i think the big declarations and flowers are a bit fake. he’s only doing it because that’s what’s supposed to be romantic. the small things are genuine and unique to the person you’re with.

well, romance is something that0′s inspired by love andhe says he’s never been in love..so i totally understand why he has not done naything romantic…or he probably can only think of romantic things he’s done fro kristen…which he obvioulsy can’t say…. ;] lemme dream people.. xD and I THINK THAT LAST PART IS HALARIOUS! imagine how that maria must feel lnow..i’d honestly need therapy if i were her..lmfao. GOT TO LOVE ROB!

That’s because he believes in soul mates and waiting for the right person. He is platonic friends with her as per him. During the filming of Twilight , the Vanity Fair article I read explained that they really got deep into their characters. He fell for her as Bella not as Kristen. He gave Kristen a guitar for her birthday–as a friend. He is TOO romantic and that is what Kristen meant. He has lofty ideals…as per his own words-he is a celibate devout Catholic. Unlike Kristen who was raised by really bad parents who did not explain to how to act in public, he was was raised to be a decent and moral guy by his traditional parents.

like when he said to bella “you are my forever” that is the most sweetest thing i have ever heard any guy – or vampire – say to a girl!! cummon rob open up a little, and btw i like a guy thats shy and secretly sensitive so i’ll take him just the way he is!!
