OK! reports that Twilight actress Kristen Stewart, 18, classifies co-star Robert Pattinson, 22, as “sort of perfect” for his role as the brooding, eternally teenage Edward Cullen in the highly anticipated film. The vampire romance opens on November 21. Perhaps you’ve heard of it?

Stewart even takes credit for casting the British actor in an interview with Vanity Fair.

“We did one day of auditions and a bunch of guys came in. Catherine Hardwicke, the director, afterwards was like, ‘What do you think? This is such a hard choice.’ I was like, ‘Are you kidding me?! It’s such an obvious choice!’ It was sort of perfect.”

Pattinson has become the It Boy of the millisecond. His angsty good looks and tangled mop have created intense buzz over Twilight, which is the film adaption of the first in a series of best-selling supernatural romances by author Stephanie Meyer.

As for Stewart’s role as Bella Swan, a regular teenage girl in lust with a creature of the night, Stewart says she was cast because she looks “like everyone. I’m a really typical girl.”

Not after this movie comes out.
