The 2009 SAG Awards were held Sunday evening at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, where Danny Boyle‘s Slumdog Millionaire won the evening’s top prize, Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture, and Kate Winslet and Heath Ledger continued to rack up awards for their outstanding performances.

Awards season always fills me with such anxiety. I worry that the films I deem worthy to win will lose to films that I completely dislike. Like other critics, I know that I’m right and anyone who disagrees with me is wrong. (Yes, I’m being sarcastic).
