Salma Hayek Has an Unusual Addiction
Fox News reports that new mom Salma Hayek, 42, claims she is addicted to breast-feeding daughter Valentina Paloma, who was born in September of 2007.
Well, mother and child do have to bond, right?
“I’m like an alcoholic. It is like, I don’t care if I cry, I don’t care if I am fat, I am just going to do it for one more week, one more month, and then I see how much good it is doing her and I can’t stop.”
Valentina is the daughter of Salma and French financier Henri-Francois Pinault. Hayek and Francois ended an engagement in July but seem to have remained friends.
Hayek also acknowledges that her “addiction” hasn’t helped her to lose any weight, especially in her famed mammaries.
“The myth that says you lose all this weight when you breastfeed! That is so not true! It’s like, please, will everyone stop telling me I look really well.”
Just promise us you’ll stop when the kid hits six, Salma. Otherwise she’ll never leave home and therapy might be involved.
If she were breastfeeding me, she’d need the Jaws of Life to wean me.
