Salma Hayek’s Family Affair
Frida actress Salma Hayek spent the day in Beverly Hills yesterday, doing a little shopping and a lot of female bonding.
The actress was accompanied by her daughter, Valentina Paloma—who turns a year old on September 21—and mother, Diana Jimenez.
Valentina’s father, Francois-Henri Pinault, wasn’t present, which will hopefully put an end to those recent nasty rumors that the couple has reunited.
With single mothers being in the news so much lately, it’s nice to see that a woman can happily and successfully raise a child alone, if she has the solid support of her family behind her.
But most importantly, Hayek was shopping at swimsuit emporium Canyon Beachwear, which hopefully means that, having shed her baby weight, she’s ready to start wearing bikinis again.
