A source has told FOXNews.com that Sarah Jessica Parker had her monstrous facial eyesore beauty mark removed. Expect her to slide right off Maxium's "unsexiest women" list.

SJP was photographed last night doing a public service announcement with Sheryl Crow and MLB Commissionaer Bud Selig at a Major League Baseball All-Star festivity, apparently sans mole.

But tipsy, cosmo-swilling Sex and the City fans want to know: What could have prompted the nixing of Parker's trademark growth? Did husband Matthew Broderick push her to slice it after another fight? Did this hat clash with the mark too much?

Or maybe she was just tired of it slamming into meandering boom mics on the SATC set.
