Sarah Palin Holds Her Own On 'SNL'

Sarah Palin dropped by NBC studios Saturday night to show the world that she could take a joke just as well as the next person.

The Alaska governor only added to the hilarity of the Tina Fey spoof when she opened for Saturday Night Live playing herself, standing with executive producer Lorne Michaels as the two watched Fey play Palin in a mock news conference from backstage.

Palin was joined in the opening segment by Mark Wahlberg, who was on a hunt for Andy Samberg after Samberg did an impersonation of Wahlberg on last week's episode.

Alec Baldwin also made a cameo, referring to Palin as "Tina" until he was informed by Michaels that he was actually speaking to the real Sarah Palin.

Palin also appeared in the news segment of the show, "Weekend Update", as a very pregnant Amy Poehler rapped about the vice presidential hopeful's campaign.  Sarah took it with a smile, and even bobbed her head along while Poehler broke it down.
