Sean Penn has developed a reputation as a short-tempered sort, but clearly somewhere along the way he’s developed the patience of a saint.

The Milk star is the latest celebrity guest to get framed by plants in Zach Galifianakis‘ Between Two Ferns video series on Funny or Die, and because the potential for mayhem was particularly high this time around, Zach decided to conduct the interview under the guise of his clueless twin brother, Seth Galifianakis.

Click the video below to see Penn display remarkable restraint in the face of gross journalistic incompetence. Maybe the recently divorced hothead is getting in touch with his calmer, more feminine side? Judging from recent photos, it certainly seems like that might be the case.
