Sean Penn Texts Madonna After Kissing James Franco

Sean Penn and Madonna are ancient history, but something about kissing another man made the actor sentimental about his ex.

In Sean's upcoming movie, Milk, the I Am Sam actor plays Harvey Milk, the first openly gay man to hold public office in the United States. James Franco portrays one of Milk's boyfriends, and the two share a hot smooch scene.

The Mirror reports that Sean was so "chuffed about" (translation: happy with) his dude-on-dude smooch that he was compelled to...text Madge and "brag."

According to the paper, the source of this rumor is none other than fellow smoocher James. 

"After our kiss Sean texted Madonna and said, 'I just popped my cherry kissing a guy. I thought of you. I don't know why," the Pineapple Express actor reportedly said.

Either Sean thinks his ex-wife kisses like a man, or he wants to express to her that he's come a long way since the days of asking her openly gay brother if he had AIDS.

For James, sadly, the kiss wasn't as text-inspiring.

Maybe Sean's kissing skills are to blame for his rocky relationship with wife Robin Wright Penn.
