Things aren't looking good in the search for Jessica Simpson's beloved Malti-Poo, Daisy.
TMZ reports that doggie-search company FindToto.com has called off their search for the pooch—which was abducted by a coyote right in front Jessica on Monday—and presumably consider Daisy a lost cause.
Apparently the company canvassed the neighborhood and used tracking dogs in their efforts to locate the pooch, to no avail.
No word on what Simpson, who has doggedly pursued the case despite all logic, will do next. Maybe the National Guard can be called in?
Let us know in the comments section: Do you think Simpson should face facts and give up the search already?

Uhh- Jessica are you really that dumb to think that your tiny dog survived a hungry Coyote? She should of been watching her dog better. It pisses me off that people treat animals like toys to be left around.
My pitbull would of ripped that Coyote is half.
i think that she's so much of a daddy's girl that she is not fully developed in the head, and i mean this to be serious because an adult would not want to come off as naive as she does. you dont hear about her younger sister, who's not so much daddy's little girl, come off in this manner. or is this how privileged people behave? paris hilton seems to be smarter though... go figure.
Hell if she can't take care of a damn dog then she is really not ready for a baby- you can not tell the DCFS that a dingo ate your baby.
omg y is every1 being so rude, NO1 could prevent their dog from being snatched by a friggen coyote no matter what they did.
Have some damn respect!!
YEAH!!!! I agree! thanks Jen!!
Jessica I'm so sorry u lost ur baby!! I've had some close calls with mine too (i have 3 cats & 1 dog) and i know the TERRIBLE feeling!! It's the worst feeling in the world!! i'll pray for u, for God to heal ur broken heart! :)
Of course the search was called off. There is nothing left of Daisy. She knows there are coyotes in her area. She should have taken better care of the dog. Where I live in Texas, there is a big coyote problem. People in my neighborhood take extra precautions so that their pets aren't dragged off. You have to be smarter then the coyote, which apparently, Jessica isn't.
Jen you are wrong. There are ways to prevent coyotes from taking pets. People in my neighborhood do this. Don't let your cats and dogs run around at night. If the dog has to go to the bathroom at night, put it on a leash and walk it. Coyotes are scared off by adult people. My neighbor ran after a coyote when his poodle was nearly dragged off, and the coyote took off. Don't always were 5 inch heels so that you can run after the dog if a coyote gets it. Some of my neighbors have put up 8 to 10 foot fences to keep coyotes out because they have small children and pets.
People have a heart!! to some of us, our pets are like family. Would you give up if it was someone close to you?. Let her have hope for crying out loud. Is that so wrong!? Is it hurting you!!?
How would anyone know that would happen to Jessica's Dog that a Coyote would take her Dog?! People should stop blaming Jessica I have the same Breed of Dog my looks exactley like Jessica's Dog So i know how she feels! I would be LIVID if that happen to me! I live in Chicago and Coyotes are in IL as well, just 2 years ago a Coyote came to Downtown Chicago in a Quiznos Sanwhich shop and walk right in. So it could happen anywhere. So back Off Jessica and stop slamming her and let her Grieve in Peace!
Well, because you live in Illinois- then someone like you have the common sense to know to watch your dog better. But I do not feel sorry for Jess. She is dumber that a box of bricks
