Looks like the ladies of Sex and the City will trot their romantic misadventures across the silver screen at least one more time.

Sex star Kim Cattrall, 52, initially told Spice Girls member Melanie Brown that there would be a sequel to the hit movie back in November, but Sarah Jessica Parker, 43, played down her co-star's statement just days later.

Now a source has told Us: "Not all the contracts are signed, but everyone is on board. It just happened."

Rumors surrounding the hit Sex franchise—which also stars Kristin Davis, 43, and Cynthia Nixon, 42—are nothing new.

Just recently Parker was said to be angling to get Britney Spears to appear in the new film.

Also, among other bold comments, Jennifer Aniston recently told Vogue, "I never liked Sex and the City, the kind of thing where women only feel empowered once they find the man. It is just not up my alley. I don't believe in it."

For now, however, fans of Candace Bushnell's creation can raise a cosmo to the fact that their Jimmy Choo-clad heroines will be back for more thrilling Sex talk.
