Sharon Osbourne Slapped With a Lawsuit
Sharon Osbourne has a date with the judge.
The Associated Press reports that Ozzy Osbourne‘s outspoken wife is being sued by Rock of Love: Charm School contestant Megan Hauserman, following a televised brawl between the two on the show in December.
During the fracas, the two exchanged insults before Osbourne poured a drink on Hauserman, who’s suing for battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. In her suit, Hauserman claims that Osbourne hit her, pulled her hair and scratched her. She’s seeking a jury trial and punitive damages.
While publicists in Camp Osbourne have not commented on the suit, Hauserman’s lawyer, Warren J. Binder, said it an interview, “It’s pretty hard to deny what happened on the video.”
Maybe Sharon can confuse the judge and jury by calling her husband as a character witness and confounding them with his indecipherable babbling.
