Has Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox's relationship transformed into something more off-screen?

Anyone who saw Transformers 2 can see that the two have major chemistry, and although they remain hush about whether or not they're dating, the evidence strongly suggests a big YES!

The NY Daily News is reporting that the two were spotted canoodling at a dinner with 10 pals, including Wall Street 2 director Oliver Stone, at NYC's Nobu Restaurant.

The witness spills, "They definitely seemed into each other," and that when Megan left at 10 p.m., LaBeouf was right behind her.

Another spy reports that the two were spotted at a West Hollywood party earlier last week, and that "Shia couldn’t keep his eyes off of Megan: He literally watched her like a hawk all night."

Wait, SHIA deserves better?! Um, Megan Fox is consistently rated in the Top 3 Hottest Women alive for every magazine that runs a "hottest" special, not to mention she's rated #1 for "women who I'd kidnap and chain to my bed."

If anything, Megan deserves better. Shia is an alcoholic hobbit who fancies mother-son incest.

Does anyone really buy this? This is like that BS Robsten crap, if it's anything at all it's a publicity stunt. Even if they are dating, who gives a crap? There just has to be some real news to post.

Ummm go read the Playboy interview of Shia.
He says unequivocally that they are NOT a couple.
They are just awesome friends.
