Has Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox's relationship transformed into something more off-screen?

Anyone who saw Transformers 2 can see that the two have major chemistry, and although they remain hush about whether or not they're dating, the evidence strongly suggests a big YES!

The NY Daily News is reporting that the two were spotted canoodling at a dinner with 10 pals, including Wall Street 2 director Oliver Stone, at NYC's Nobu Restaurant.

The witness spills, "They definitely seemed into each other," and that when Megan left at 10 p.m., LaBeouf was right behind her.

Another spy reports that the two were spotted at a West Hollywood party earlier last week, and that "Shia couldn’t keep his eyes off of Megan: He literally watched her like a hawk all night."

Screw the people who think Meagan to good for him. She comes off so fake and clearly a big tease. All she got is her looks. She just the next Jeissca Alba. Once all the Tranfromers buzz is gone she be out of the spotlight. Well until Tranformers 3 comes out

Not that I do care about whether or not they're dating, but seriously, "real news"? About celebrities? The only thing celebrities do that's worth talking about is hooking up with other celebrities. It's rare that you ever even hear them say anything moderately intelligent. I suppose that would be real news.

well, with all this "celebbuzz" and bull crap about people "spying" on these celeberties... i mean SERIOUSLY! ... im pretty sure these media people wouldn't be happy if i just posted pictures and "proof" of what they have been doing in their personal lives or any sort of information about their significant other.

Media, tabloids, etc..etc... a bunch of a B.S. put together by a bunch of greedy people to ruin peoples status's ... and make their money....

i dont buy JACK out of this...
