Has Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox's relationship transformed into something more off-screen?

Anyone who saw Transformers 2 can see that the two have major chemistry, and although they remain hush about whether or not they're dating, the evidence strongly suggests a big YES!

The NY Daily News is reporting that the two were spotted canoodling at a dinner with 10 pals, including Wall Street 2 director Oliver Stone, at NYC's Nobu Restaurant.

The witness spills, "They definitely seemed into each other," and that when Megan left at 10 p.m., LaBeouf was right behind her.

Another spy reports that the two were spotted at a West Hollywood party earlier last week, and that "Shia couldn’t keep his eyes off of Megan: He literally watched her like a hawk all night."

I just saw "Transformers" last night...and was very disappointed...Megan Fox is such a bad actress!!!! Hot body, but bad actress....that squeeky voice!!! What a turn off!!! the movie was too overwhelming with hi-tec scenes.....
