Has Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox's relationship transformed into something more off-screen?

Anyone who saw Transformers 2 can see that the two have major chemistry, and although they remain hush about whether or not they're dating, the evidence strongly suggests a big YES!

The NY Daily News is reporting that the two were spotted canoodling at a dinner with 10 pals, including Wall Street 2 director Oliver Stone, at NYC's Nobu Restaurant.

The witness spills, "They definitely seemed into each other," and that when Megan left at 10 p.m., LaBeouf was right behind her.

Another spy reports that the two were spotted at a West Hollywood party earlier last week, and that "Shia couldn’t keep his eyes off of Megan: He literally watched her like a hawk all night."

ur right he has told the media millions of times especially in interviews that they are not together and he loves her only as a friend and he does think she is beautiful , even in the june issue of parade magazine he said this. he is still in love with his ex CHina.

I think whether its a publicity stunt or not its good publicity for the movie LoL...its smart on the marketing End! And either way i think they make a Cute couple, opposites attract!! And he seems like a nice guy and the type of guy that would make a girl laugh and thats the big in relationships, So I hope they make eachother happy!

p.s. LOVE'D THE NEW TRANSFORMER...EVEN THO IT WAS A BIT PERVETED LOL IT WAS FUNNY!!!!!!!

Megan may be hot, but she's one of the stupidest people on the planet. She has made a career on being hot, yet she complains about no one taking her seriouslt because shes hot.
