Shia LaBeouf has some good news to celebrate. Just make it a dry celebration, pal.
Los Angeles sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells Us that the recent accident the intoxicated actor was involved in was actually not Shia LaBeouf's fault.
"The other car ran a red light and, if not already, they will be cited. They will now be listed as Party One on the report, indicating they were at fault."
Before the incident, LaBoeuf had seen Lemon Sun perform at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, California, with his Transformers co-star Isabel Lucas.
Whitmore stated that no changes will be made to the misdemeanor DUI the actor was cited with.
In the September issue of Details, LaBeouf tells the mag, "I don't know how to have one drink."
