The other driver in Shia LaBeouf's car accident of several weeks ago has been cited for running a red light and causing the wreck, according to E! News.

Herbert Simon, 21, was cited for running the light while Shia was taking a left turn at an intersection in West Hollywood. The resultant crash overturned Shia's F-150 truck several times.

Shia's passenger and Transformers: Rise of the Fallen co-star Isabel Lucas received minor cuts and bruises, but Shia seriously injured his hand.

Shia was also charged with a misdemeanor DUI, but the cops seem to believe that Simon was primarily responsible for the accident.

Shia got a stolen girl out of the whole thing, and avoided some more serious changes. Way to go, Drunky!
