Grab a kleenex, dear readers. Husband poacher Sienna Miller has confirmed that she and Balthazar Getty have indeed split up.

"I'm single at the moment, and I'm completely happy with that," Miller told Us on Friday at the Hollywood Dominoes: VIP Launch in London. "It's nice not to have a relationship that the press constantly want to scrutinize and discuss. I'm cool with being on my own."

No!!! How? Why? Surely these two wouldn't let trivial things like Balthazar's wife and children get in the way of their relationship?

Sigh. Well, guess it's no surprise, then, that voracious, man-hungry Sienna went on the prowl after the Hollywood Dominoes event Friday night.

She eventually met up with Josh Hartnett at London club Jalouse. They left together at 4 a.m.—possibly to go read in the libary?
