Balthazar Getty's respite from marriage Sienna Miller pulled into a Malibu gas station hoping to fill up her Lexus and be off on another homewrecking adventure.

No such luck. When the actress went to gas up her ride, the photogs and videographers were on her like white on rice, asking her about her boyfriend's Balthazar's marriage and what part she played in its very public demise.

Sienna, described as pure and snowy and innocent of marriage destruction by friends, was obviously not expecting this sort of commotion. The waterworks were in full flow.

In fact, she was so ruffled by the experience that she immediately drove to a nearby police station's safety zone to get the paps off her shapely back.

Luckily for her, man-stealing isn't against the law.
