Sienna Miller was spotted in Beverly Hills again yesterday, and once again she wasn't too happy to draw the paparazzi's attention. But this time she might have had a legitimate reason for wanting to stay under the radar.

Miller—who's drawn considerable criticism for her relationship with still-married Brothers & Sisters actor Balthazar Getty—was paying a visit to a medical clinic.

Hmm; why would Sienna be trying to slink into a medical clinic undetected?

Let's review.

She has a well-known reputation for getting around.

And lately she's been experiencing wild mood swings, consistent with a certain female condition.

It should be pretty clear. 

Obviously, Sienna was going to get her blood pressure checked. Being subjected to this much public scrutiny would give anybody hypertension.
