Simon Cowell and Ex Terri Seymour Deny Payout

Though Simon Cowell is now single, he and ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour are still quite chummy.
How else to explain their odd sit-down interview with Extra to talk about their split, despite breaking up back in the summer.
“What do you think is the best advice you can give me for going out there and meeting new men?” Seymour, 34, asked her ex, according to the Daily Mail.
Cowell, 49, quipped, “Find someone who is hard of hearing.”
One reason for the pair’s tete-a-tete may have been to clear up rumors of Simon paying out $9 million to Seymour following their parting of the ways.
- Terri: “Did you give me £5 million in cash?”
- Simon: “No! no.”
- Teri: “Everybody thinks you did!”
- Simon: “No, that is actually not a true story.”
Well, there you have it, straight from the million-dollar horse’s mouth.
It’s great that these two can be so candid—if not business-like—about no longer being together.
