Add Terri Seymour to the list of women who just can't see eye-to-eye with American Idol judge Simon Cowell.

E! Online reports that the former model has ditched Cowell after a six-year relationship.

Though news of the split has just broken, Simon's rep Max Clifford says that Seymour cut things off with Cowell via telephone—ouch!—more than a month ago.

"Terri phoned Simon and finished it in September, about six weeks ago," Clifford says. "They are going to remain close friends. Simon thinks the world of Terri and that isn't going to change. He also understands her reason for ending it."

One possible reason for breaking up with Cowell may be their differing viewpoints on spawning.

"In the past Terri has said that she wants kids but that just isn't Simon," Clifford offered, adding that wandering affections were not the cause of the breakup: "Nobody else is involved, certainly not on Simon's side.

Oh well; at least with all the cash that Cowell is banking from his AI gig, he'll have plenty of $1,000 bills to dry his tears with.
