Britney Spears is ready for her comeback, and she has the body to make it actually happen!
New photos of Brit on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, from July 27 show her looking fit and fabulous in a white bikini. After her breakdown in January, she gained weight as she was trying to get herself mentally stable. However, in the past few months, Britney has been working harder than ever to get herself back in tip-top shape.
With her dad in charge, Britney has been frequenting Bally’s health clubs and eating better than she has in years. Jamie Spears, a professional chef, has Britney eating around 1,000 calories a day. Typical meals include whole-wheat pancakes, chicken tacos, and fish. Britney has been working her mental health by meditating and writing in her journal, along with frequent therapy sessions.
Her ultimate goal, of course, is getting more time with her sons. Meanwhile, Britney is making her comeback dreams a reality, with trips to the recording and dance studios.
