Smirnoff Advises Denise Richards on 'Dancing' with Maksim

With all the drama floating around on Dancing With The Stars, it's no surprise the ladies left standing needed a little R&R.

Last week, host Samantha Harris took dancers Karina Smirnoff and Kim Johnson along with contestant Denise Richards to Los Angeles' Four Seasos Hotel, where the well-heeled women enjoyed a spa day.

Sipping Bacardi mojitos and enjoying pampering, an on-looker tells Celebuzz that Smirnoff had no qualms giving Richards some pointers on cutting a rug with her fiance.

"This event was the first time where Karina and Denise met….Karina was giving her pointers on how to deal with Maksim [Chmerkovkiy]," says the source.

Also on deck for the ladies to discuss over manicures? The official withdrawal of Nancy O'Dell and Jewel from the competition.

"It was definitely something everyone was talking about," the source said.

No doubt folks will continue to, even as bunny Holly Madison climbs on board.
