Snooki Not Striving For Role Model Status

Just in case you were wondering, Jersey Shore starlet Snooki is not aiming to be America's next role model - but she almost had us fooled in an appearance on today's Ellen DeGeneres Show.

First, the Queen of the Fistpump divulges that she really doesn't like blacking out from excess Ron-Ron Juice, saying: "I want to remember my night and sometimes I just don't. It sucks. So you're like, "What did I do? Why did I wake up in a garbage can?"

Then the New Year's Eve ball mascot shared that she cut racy scenes from her new novel A Shore Thing in order to protect her young followers.

"I actually toned it down because I know I have a lot of young fans who are like, 13, so I took a lot of swear words out," Snooki said. "I don't want to get them grounded or anything."

Just when we thought Snooki was prepared to clean up her act and positively influence the youth of America, she dropped a bomb. When Ellen sweetly pointed out that "the blacking out thing isn't a good example either," Snooki fired back:  "Well, I don't want to be a role model."

Now it's official, folks! Do you look up to Snooki? Should she tone down her partying? Share your thoughts in the comments.
