Sofia Vergara Posts Pic of ‘Handsome’ Boyfriend in Hospital

Sofia Vergara is one caring, proud girlfriend … so proud, in fact, that she’s letting the world into the hospital room of her boyfriend just hours after he had surgery to boast about his manliness.

Vergara posted a photo on Twitter of Nick Loeb, her boyfriend who broke his leg in a car crash last week, declaring: “How can someone look so handsome after 6 hrs in an operating room???!!!!”
 
The photo shows a shirtless Loeb in a hospital bed, indeed looking handsome and in good spirits as he flashes a smile at the camera.

This has been quite the week for Vergara. Her show Modern Family fared quite well at the Emmys, leading many to wonder whether she’d fulfill her promise of running naked in Hollywood if the show won. As far as anyone knows, the nude sprint has yet to be done.
