Wow, Sophie Monk, you sure are busy lately!

When you're not providing upper- and lower-body bas-relief impressions, it seems you're dating two lucky fellows!

At least that's what the New York Post says.

The paper's mole reports that the Australia-bred model and onetime Benji Madden significant other has been making time with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest. Plus, she was seen swapping spit with Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine in Los Angeles last weekend.

 "They were on the patio at the Chateau Marmont, and they kissed," says the paper's source.

What's more, Sophie was apparently eyeing the buff dudes at the Oakley Muscle Milk X-Games party. "Maybe she wants a sporty guy next," the Post's source chuckles.

Better hope Ryan doesn't catch you carrying on with other dudes, Sophie!

Even razor-tooth monsters of the deep won't mess with that guy.
