A Star Is Bought

Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs invited his family and famous friends to celebrate his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, purchased awarded for his career success.
The rapper/producer, whose future is so bright and eyes are so beady that he often wears shades, used his star ceremony to announce his goal of conquering Tinseltown.
Combs told the Associated Press, “It’s also like my coming-out party here in Hollywood.” A trademark splashy bash at the Beverly Hills estate of billionaire Ron Burke marked the event and appropriately so, since truly Sean’s lavish and infamously exclusive parties are as well-known as his business ventures.
Hopefully, the individuals charged with engraving the star had the good sense to leave a blank space in between “Sean” and “Combs” to account for the inevitable next iteration of P.D.’s ever-evolving moniker.
