There comes a point in many a celebrities lives where they just gotta say "Jail or rehab?"

Stephanie Pratt pled guilty today to misdemeanor DUI and will be checking into rehab, according to the attorney for the Hills star.

Pratt, who blew a .08 and .09 after being pulled over at 3:45 AM on October 18, will check into a 30-day residential facility, but her lawyer provided no further details on where or when she'll be doing her stay.

We wonder what big brother Spencer thinks about this?
