A horrible accident occurred on the set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows yesterday.
Daniel Radcliffe's 25-year-old stuntman, whose name has not been released out of deference to his family, was practicing an aerial stunt while rigged in a harness.
Something went wrong, according to E!, and the stuntman crashed to the ground.
Sources on the scene say that the man was conscious but stated that he couldn't feel his legs after the fall. He was taken to Watford General Hospital to be treated for his serious back injury.
This particular stuntman has subbed for Harry Potter star Radcliffe on all of the Potter films.
"The person has been taken to hospital and we are awaiting further news," Warner Bros. said in a statement.
None of the principal actors were on the set at the time, as the film is in pre-production and the first part (it's been split in two) is expected to be released in 2010.
