I think it’s a big mistake on Summit’s part. Rob and Kristen’s off screen relationship would only amp up interest in the Twilight saga (just like Zac and Vanessa’s did for HSM). Shoving Taylor in our faces is not going to make us love him when we already love Rob.

For Summit to interfere in Rob/Kristen and push Taylor out front only makes me yawn. Give me Rob and Kristen and you’ve got me HOOKED!

I agree with Kiki. Showing us Taylor and Kris isnt going to change our view that the chemistry between Rob and Kris is much better.
And if Summit knows whats good for them they should let Rob and Kris push through and get in the spot light, because not only are they going to get a LOT of press, the movies will do GREAT!

is it me or was there some giggling and smiles between rob and kristen in the press conference? It looks like they were looking at each other the entire time and they kept wanting to laugh even though there was nothing funny! too cute and maybe too true to be :(

Look at pictures. R/K were ignoring Taylor and leaning over him most of the first press conference. Summit blows. Get your hands away from your actors personal lives. Its utterly ridiculous. They are adults. They are professionals. If they date in their off time (and I think they do) its their business. The idea of Kristen/Taylor is so ludicrous you’d have to be 12 years old with a low IQ to even consider it.

We aren’t “making them a couple.” Go check your facts. Starting from the Sam Bradley concert they have been an open secret. They went home twice to his hotel (she was staying at the Summit approved “girls hotel” with the rest of the women) late, late at night. Once was at 3 am in full view of the paparazzi. She did not emerge until the next day. They were caught in LA at the Charlie Hotel (upscale amazing bungalows, only a few on the entire property) together. Obviously they shared a bungalow for the night. He has been wearing her Yankee hat (which she was seen with in VC) all around LA lately. They left the ComiCon screening early and at the same time. All the other cast members were there for at least another hour. Then, the rest of the cast was seen partying together before a bus took them back to LA. All except R/K. Hmm. Wonder why these two were alone when the rest of a very friendly cast was all together. Look at the evidence. If Summit wants to think we are all morons and will buy whatever they sell then they are the ones who will be sorry.

Summit sucks. They are promoting J/B which isn’t even a romance in New Moon at the expense of E/B which is pretty f-ing EPIC in the book. Its all Romeo/Juliet style romance. Promote Taylor all you want but stop trying to push R/K apart and not giving E/B fans ANYTHING.

Regarless of what is going on in there real lives, people want to see Robsten. That is what is going to keep people interested in Rob and Kristen. They want the fantasy that is Twilight! Teen girls and women fell in love with Rob because they see Edward – Twilight gave Rob and Kristen true stardom! Nobody would give Rob and Kristen a second look if it wasn’t for the characters they protrayed in Twilight. Summit give people what they want – at least in these events like Comic Con!

I heard from a source that once New Moon comes out the studio will let them go public, Rob and Kris are beyond FED UP with Summit, and so are all the twilight saga fans. The movies are about Edward and Bella. Summit is making a huge mistake by doing this. Alot of fans are up in arms and it will backfire!!! Summit made them sit in that order not Robsten!!!! Fail because by not putting Kris in the middle of Rob and Tay, and saying no personal questions, in HW that means they ARE a couple!!!

i think the twihards need to understand that they don’t know Kristen or Rob. they know their personas as Bella and Edward. Honestly, you can’t claim these people are meant to be. Maybe their characters are but they are real people who are still extremely young. who cares if they are dating? its mostly all for publicity and its not likely going to last forever. so few co-star romances do. basically get the f*ck over it. they are children, its publicity.

Summitt informs them not to deny that they are a couple so that 1) the more hype about the two’s fictitious romance and drama in the tabloids, the more $ and publicity the films will generate, and 2) Fans want to believe in Kristen and Rob’s romance OFF-SCREEN because they are totally into the bella/edward dynamic ON-SCREEN.

Sincerely, I don’t see that supposedly incredible off-screen chemistry. They seem to have fun when they go partying with all the cast. And that’s all. I think that even Nikki and Kellan have more “off-screen chemistry” and they’re not together !

Sincerely, knowing that Kristen is with Michael, having seen them holding hands through the streets and all that things, I find impossible to think that she’s with another guy.

Well, maybe they giggled and everything, but they don’t seem like a couple. Well….someone said Rob is a good guys – who knows? We don’t even know nor Kristen neither Rob.
There is no relationship between them , I’m absolutely sure.
In my opinion they look horrible for their age: both are probably addicts and they absolutely drink a lot. It’s a matter of fact. Well….if they are really together – good for them. I have no idea (like all the people here) what is happening in real life between this Twilight saga crew.

If Summit was so into the rumors then why were R/K told not to sit next to each other the other day? If its all BS that Summit is orchestrating then Summit would have put them together and given fans what they want to see. Why does Summit have “girls” and “boys” only hotel designations if they love the rumors? It made it even more obvious when Kristen went home with Rob.. to a hotel only he stayed at that she was there for him. Trust, most TwiHards don’t want R/K together because of some notion of E/B. Hello, TwiHards want Rob to themselves. Kristen is in the way. Summit doesn’t even let them arrive and leave in the same cars to events even when they clearly go hang out afterwards (see MTV Awards) so its obvious that Summit isn’t pimping their off screen romance to whatever extent it may be going on. Either because they can’t profit off of it at the moment (movie isn’t out until Novemeber and its too early to get the right buzz) or because they are afraid two young kids will break up and it will ruin the facade for many. Nobody is saying they are getting married or something ridiculous but signs do point to them dating.

She and her ex-boyfriend haven’t been seen together in over 3 months. He hasn’t visited her movie set once. He hasn’t been seen at her house. He is in the same city and not one fan or paparazzi has seen them together since the R/K rumors got heavy in May. I know its hard for some fans to take but its NORMAL to break-up with your HS boyfriend which is essentially what their relationship is. All indications are that its over. Also, she never said Taylor was her “BFF” and Kristen would never even use the term BFF. She said they are friends which I assume they would be after making two movies together. They have never hung out off set except at a few cast mate function. I hardly call a co-worker I’ve never seen outside of work a BFF. The entire cast is friendly though and they aren’t any different.

That is not going to happen they are not together that much you can see now not Robsten no Tayten nothing of that … this is publicity nothing more, They work together closely they are friends and Comic Con interaction just proved that anyone with 2 eyes can see it Of course if you are not blind thinking that they are Edward and Bella, Or that they are MEANT for each that is ridiculous

Funny someone who thinks people who think they might be dating ONLY see EB you certainly only see what you want as well. None of us know the nature of RK’s relationship and can only guess based on certain information. How the h*ll would you know that its only physical attraction? Acting like you are inside their heads and know is just as bad as the crazies who think they are married. Its called dating. Some people do it. They might be dating. They might not. I think they can separate their professional lives (promoting the movie) from their personal lives. Taylor does have a bigger role and the relationship that develops between their characters IN THE MOVIE is important. That has nothing to do with Kristen’s relationship with Rob. They understand that they have to promote the movies a certain way. It will all change with the next two, but it really does make sense for NM.

Well, it makes sense, the audience really need to get used to Kirsten and Taylor togheter, but everybody knows bella and edward stay togheter in the end.

summit make a big mestake because- they should allowed Robsten to live and fun will be more exited – and pushing Kristen into Taylor arm’s will not help to create Taysten ( Taylor + Kristen),cause this will not be well acclaimed in audience- and New Moon can lost a lot of viewers because of Summit’s PR and politics, and box office will go down.
