Suri Cruise looked quite the little darling with a new haircut as mom Katie Holmes led her on a walk around Central Park yesterday.

Katie and the normally solitary Suri reportedly attended a children's Halloween picnic and hit the playground.

The haircut is adorable but Suri looks....chilly.

Put a coat on that kid, Katie!
