Good morning, Celebuzzers!

Welcome to the 2nd edition of my exclusive Celebuzz fashion column! My name is Sweet P, and most of you fashion addicts know me from season 4 of the hit Bravo show Project Runway. I made it all the way to the top 5, and now things are only looking up for me.

In this week's feature, I'll be rating the boots and hats that celebrities have been sporting, and giving my two cents on whether they rocked it or missed the mark.
