Apparently, David Duchovny's sex addiction is so powerful that even his wife has to go into therapy for it.

Star Magazine reports that Duchovny's wife of 11 years, comedic actress Téa Leoni, has started going to head-shrinking sessions to deal with Duchovny's years of infidelity.

"Téa has been getting professional help to try to get past this crisis," a friend tells the magazine. Another source characterizes her as "so sad and depressed. She's been in such a slump."

Duchovny is currently undergoing treatment for his sex addiction at Arizona facility the Meadows. He is said to be making progress.

Of course, one never knows whether the lessons learned in rehab will stick in the outside world.
