Not-so-engaged Tara Reid and her French boyfriend Julien Jarmoune stepped out after a private party at New York City eatery Cipriani last night.

Or rather, Reid stumbled out of Cipriani while two people propped her up and Jarmoune watched from the sidelines thinking, That's my classy gal!

Oh, Tara, let's face it...gone are the A-list times of yesteryear. Yes, much like TRL itself, the Carson Daly days of wine and roses have all fluttered off into the ether.

Now Reid is a hard-working stiff just like the rest of us.

Oh, well. The Hollywood cash might not be on tap so much anymore, but at least the good times haven't stopped rolling.
