Taylor Lautner Talks 'Twilight' Fans...and Underwear

With the release of Twilight only three weeks away, the promotion for the flick is amping up, and the actors (such as Kellan Lutz ) are in full interview mode.

Sixteen-year-old Taylor Lautner—who plays werewolf Jacob—is the latest to get in the Q&A hot seat, this time with the Los Angeles Times.

"One of the weirdest and scariest things that I’ve discovered is that there is underwear—women’s underwear—being sold on the Internet and it has 'Team Taylor' written on it," says Lautner. "One of my friends or family members e-mailed me the link and asked ‘What is this?’ I’m not quite sure."

And while the fans for the books and the upcoming flick do seem a tad enthusiastic, Taylor is taking it all in stride.

"Both [Robert Pattinson] and Kristen [Stewart] have come up to me and asked, ‘How do you not freak out? What do you do?’ And they’re all sweating. I tell them, ‘I don’t know. I mean, this is fun!’ But they’re all disappointed, like ‘Oh, OK.’"

You might change your tune, too, Robert, if you head a bit further south.
