Taylor Momsen Has A Message For The Haters
It seems like Lindsay Lohan‘s “FU” attitude to the press is wearing off on her new fashion buddy, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen.
The 16-year-old, who’s been spotted parading around NYC in her underwear and not much else, doesn’t really care what anyone thinks.
She told E! earlier this week,
“I don’t care. I think if everyone’s going to be so upset about what I’m wearing, I’m like, well, maybe you should look at your life a little more. I don’t know why you’re so obsessed with mine.”
So what exactly is her inspiration for her, erm, creative fashion choices?
“Music inspires me. Fashion means everything. I mean, it’s art. Art means everything to me, so fashion’s another side of it. It’s expression, it’s music, it’s a way of showing and really being who you are in your own way that no one can take away from you.”
“Everyone has an opinion,” she says. “Why not make it a shocking one?”

She’s a bit of a ‘try hard’…but then again she’s 16…If looking like a half-assed version of Cherie Currie from The Runaways crossed with Avril Lavigne is ‘being herself’ and what she considers ‘shocking’…let her go for it…
Her 15 minutes will be up very soon. She is pretty much an idiot and obviously has no parents who really give a sh*t about her. I’m guessing dead by age 30. She has no education in music or art and is mouthing off to sound important. I’ll bet that “band” of hers is just awful by any standard.

She sounds like an absolute idiot. Which is forgivable since she’s only sixteen, in a couple of years she’ll be nothing but embarrassed by her former wannabe rock chick persona.

She was such a cute little girl in the Grinch. Now she looks like something someone scraped off of a bathroom floor. She is nasty! So sad too. She acts like she’s being all non-conformist, yet she’s following the rule that almost all insecure little girls do – bleach your hair, get extensions, show off your body.
I don’t think she’s stylish at all – she looks too cheap, and pretty boring. I think an important way to look stylish is to know what suits you – and look at her makeup, and her hair. She looks like a raccoon taking haircare tips from Lindsay Lohan.
I’ve only ever seen this girl on Gossip Girl, and I guess I didn’t really pay attention to her clothes in the outside world. Her style is her choice, I guess…so she’s choosing to look like a tramp…kinda young for that but oh well.

Yeah, except the fact that she’s 15 years old. In the eyes of the law, she’s not ready for that jelly for another three years. In the meantime, she’s gonna get herself in a lot of man-size trouble, and she’s not physically or psychologically prepared for that yet.
I think that Taylor is very talented -and I have seen many singer songwriters come and go -she is the best so far -no joke -she has a amazing voice -which she uses very well, AND she can write -very well (have a go -it’s not as easy as you might think). She’s also very beautiful and very young -and it’s strange to see her resorting to leaving her pants at home to get attention which she so clearly does not have to do (did i mention that she can actually act?) Taylor you’ve got talent in spades so please keep your pants on and leave the stripping to Madonna -God knows it’s all she’s got left. :)
