Taylor Momsen burst onto the scene when Gossip Girl premiered last fall, but in the past year she's seemingly aged, like, five years!

The 15-year-old actress/model first showed her cute face on the big screen in 2000 when she played little Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Now she's moved onto bigger and sexier things in the racy, fashion-forward (forward as in CRAZY) hit CW show, Gossip Girl.

From scandalous pictures leaked onto the internet, to barely-there red-carpet dresses, the teenager is definitely not dressing her age.

    the green low back picture is probably the worst. i have the same question. where are her parents?
