Taylor Swift stepped out of her comfort zone at the CMT Awards on Tuesday night, busting out some previously hidden mad rhyming skills with rapper T-Pain for the ceremony's opening number, "Thug Story."

A gritty song about the skills that one needs to survive on the streets—such as, in Taylor's case, baking cookies—served as an early high point for one of the biggest nights in country music.  But the Fearless songbird's night was far from over. The 19-year-old went on to pick up Video of the Year and Female Video awards for her clip "Love Story." (The video's director, Trey Fanjoy, also won kudos.) Video of the year: Taylor Swift, "Love Story."

• Female video: Taylor Swift, "Love Story."

• Group video: Rascal Flatts, "Every Day."

• Duo video: Sugarland, "All I Want to Do."

• Breakthrough video: Zac Brown Band, "Chicken Fried."

• Collaborative video: Brad Paisley with Keith Urban, "Start a Band."

• Performance of the year: Alan Jackson, George Strait, Dierks Bentley and Brad Paisley, "Country Boy."

• Wide open country video: Kid Rock, "All Summer Long."

• Video director of the year: Trey Fanjoy for Taylor Swift's "Love Story."
