Yahoo! reports that Iron Man (but not Iron Man 2) actor Terrence Howard is being sued for $5 million by composer Tex Allen.

Allen (brother of famed choreographer Debbie Allen) claims that Terrance punched him in the face in January whiley they were collaborating on a Broadway revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.

"We are aware of the allegations and expect this frivolous suit to be dismissed," Howard's rep said.

Terry can't seem to catch a break lately...
