First Project Runway mentor Tim Gunn lobbed criticism at Katie Holmes in People, stating "I don't get it" when she paraded around in baggy jeans. (Way to kick her while she's down, Tim!)

And now he's unfurling his stinging tongue to OK! about Miley Cyrus.

"[Miley Cyrus] is just a little too tarty," says Gunn. "I don't want her to look like she's going into a convent school, but it's just a little too much for a 15-year-old. If I didn't know better, I'd swear she was 25!"

Well, there's something to be said for honesty. But wait...just when you thought he was done with Katie Holmes, there's more!

"She went from looking like a little farm girl to looking like European royalty. Now she needs to push back so that she doesn't look too dowdy."

Man, get this guy a watermelontini so he can take some edge off.

Oh, and Tim? Expect a rather low-budget response to your diatribe sometime in the next week.
