Tim Gunn Senses Jennifer Aniston's Desperation

Silvery Project Runway fox Tim Gunn finds an element of "desperate" in Jennifer Aniston's fashion sense.

At a recent appearance, he gave OK! his views on how the newly single actress is presenting herself to the world. This comes mere days after him trashing both Katie Holmes and Miley Cyrus for their fashion missteps.

"Sometimes I think she has 'desperate character' written on her," Tim said. "The clothes we wear send a message. And I think that's the message—I don't think that's her intention though."

Was she wearing a particularly needy pair of shoes recently, Tim?

In Aniston's defense, Tim made these statements while making an appearance at the Manhattan launch party for...Tide and Downy Total Care. We're not sure someone showing up at a new laundry detergent unveiling party should be calling anyone else "desperate."

The loaded Gunn did qualify his statement with a compliment.

"She's a gorgeous woman and she understands her fashion," he said.

Still, expect attention hungry Aniston ex John Mayer to have a powwow with his paparazzi about this in 3..2...1...
