Most people would be more than happy if Hailey Glassman and Michael Lohan would stop talking forever. But it's another matter altogether for the legal team at TLC.

E! Online reports that lawyers for the network wants to interview Jon Gosselin's sweetie and Lindsay Lohan's dad in relation to the breach-of-contract lawsuit they've brought against former Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad Gosselin.

The Washington, D.C., law firm of Williams and Connolly is seeking to depose Glassman and Gosselin, along with Papa Jon's divorce attorneys Michael and Mark Heller and his rep, Matthew Kirschner.

TLC alleges that Gosselin violated his contract with them by making paid appearances on Entertainment Tonight and The Insider and spilling insider information about the goings-on between Jon and his estranged wife, Kate.

TLC's legal team wants to question Lohan specifically about his and Gosselin's proposed reality series, Divorced Dads Club—in particular, whether negotiations for the series took place while Gosselin was still under contract to TLC.

Gosselin is due to appear in a Maryland court on December 14, when a judge will hear TLC's motion for a preliminary injunction, Radar Online reports.
