Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Prepare for Wedding Number Two
Given that the just tied the knot at the end of February, you wouldn’t think that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen would need to practice getting married. But not so, according to People magazine.
The quarterback-model couple held their rehearsal dinner in Costa Rica on Thursday night, in preparation for their second wedding ceremony this weekend. The dinner, which was attended by about 25 people—including some of Brady’s New England Patriots teammates and Bundchen’s modeling cohorts—took place at the Milarepa beachfront hotel and restaurant, which bills itself as “a small hotel of luxurious simplicity.
According to the establishment’s Web site, the site boasts “miles of perfect pale gold beaches, fringed to the high tide mark by lush trees and flowers with outcroppings of rock where tide pools form.”
Ooh, fancy!
A source tells the magazine that the Brady-Bundchen party is “a fun group. They seem so easygoing and laidback … a lot of fun. They’re cool people.”
The menu for the rehearsal dinner included tempura fish and octopus, along with salads with blue cheese. Bundchen initially wed in a super-secret ceremony in Santa Monica, California on February 26. The second ceremony is expected to be an intimate affair with a short guest list.
