Tom Cruise Has all the 'Details'

Tom Cruise, 46, and his intense gaze grace the cover of the new Details, going on sale on December 2.

It's the magazine's "Power" issue. Cruise comes in #7 as the "Leading Man" on the list of "The 40 Most Influential Men in the World."

He might be powerful, but his daughter Suri is in charge and, er, doesn't wear the pants in the family. Literally.

Tom told ET that Suri always opts for a dress, like the elegant two-year-old lady that she is.

"She won't wear pants," Tom says. "Kate finally got her in jeans the other day. We put the pants on and walk away and the pants are off and the dress is on."

"Kate" would be 29-year-old Katie Holmes, Tom's wife and Suri's mom. Kate's known for her own fashionable pursuits; so mother might be rubbing off on baby.

    I think we all know what "power" applies to in this situation. Hint: it's not top.
