‘Transformers 2′ Raking In Some Major Money
Transformers 2: Revenge Of The Fallen may have gotten poor reviews, but that didn’t stop people from flocking to the theaters this weekend and handing over a pretty penny to see it!
Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox heated up the big screen and people loved it! The flick made $112 million this weekend, bringing its five-day tally to $201.2 million, almost beating The Dark Knight‘s record for largest five-day gross in movie history.
The Michael Bay action film did, however, shatter the Wednesday record previously held by Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix from 2007 by raking in $60.6 million.
It was also a huge hit in IMAX. The Transformers sequel was the biggest weekend and the largest five-day gross in IMAX history.
It definitely looks like there will be a third film. Why the hell not?

i saw it twice, wasnt that great went by myself first day it open, didnt really like it, and second time was on a date so i didnt pay for it the second time.
i’m not going to boycott the film b/c of the fox rose boy thing, but i will say that i do get this huge feeling that megan fox is a bitch even her voice has the bitch sound to it.

Good movie, except the action sequence at the end was a bit too long. As for Megan Fox, no one can look that clean and perfect after hours of running around in the sand and being shot at.
Absolutely loved it.Great action,a few good laughs and kept my eyes glued to the screen.Saw it twice and will probably go again.
I love how its showing us how todays movie critics shouldnt be rating movies, it got bad ratings and its doing amazing. LOVED IT. i hate how their saying it was too Noisy?! HOW THE HELL CAN AN ACTION MOVIE BE TOO NOISY??
It was a brilliant action movie with incredible special effects. The critics never like those movies (sans Batman with Heath Ledger and let’s face it they may not have liked it if he hadn’t died prior to its release). It was a hell of alot better than the recent Terminator release. It was action, adventure and humor! I loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
